Dr. Chung is Senior Lecturer and Administration Head of Department of Economics and Finance at Hang Seng Management College.  He is experienced in teaching  Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Financial Systems and Markets, Investment, and Money and Banking. His current research focuses are on real-estate bubbles and asset pricing.
