Dr. Leung is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Hang Seng Management College. He obtained his BSc and PhD at the Hong Kong Baptist University. Before joining HSMC, he was a Postdoctoral Scholar at Hong Kong Baptist University.
His current research interests include image processing, fractal image compression, image retrieval, and super-resolution image reconstruction.
