Hang Seng Management College has committed tremendous resources in creating well-designed curricula, upgrading campus facilities and above all, assembling a high-calibre teaching team with experiences in university teaching and industry practice. Our programmes have been identified as quality programmes, having gone through rigorous validation processes by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications.

In order to provide incentives to students to pursue academic excellence, HSMC offers various scholarships to students.

We currently have a Scholarship Fund with a market value of around HK$220million. In 2010–11, we awarded over HK$5.5million for overseas study scholarships.

We plan to offer scholarships to outstanding freshmen, students and/or graduates in recognition of their academic achievements.

The Student Financial Assistance Agency of the HKSAR Government operates a means-test “Tertiary Student Finance Scheme–Publicly-funded Programmes” (TSFS). The aim of the scheme is to provide means-tested financial assistance to eligible full-time students who are in need. There is also the “Non-Means Test Loan Scheme”. When is the application period?

The application period for 2012-2013 Programmes is from 12 November 2011 to 13 August 2012. Application forms may be obtained from the College’s Registry or downloaded here.
