Mrs. Yam joined Hang Seng School of Commerce in 1996 and currently holds the coveted role of Administration Head and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Accountancy at the Hang Seng Management College. Before joining the college, Mrs. Yam taught at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Baptist University for nearly 10 years. She has teaching experience in Financial and Computerized Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, and Hong Kong Taxation. Mrs. Yam has had solid professional and commercial working experience with the big four accounting firms and commercial and government organizations in Canada before a career as an academia in Hong Kong. Overcoming the challenges of leading the Department through drastic changes in the last 10 years, Mrs. Yam is confident that the College and Department will offer prospective students a quality and promising degree programme.
