Mrs. Chow is a Senior Lecturer of the Hang Seng Management College (HSMC). She obtained her BEcon in Economics from the Monash University in Australia, Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Hong Kong and subsequently Master's degree in Marketing from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

She has more than 15 years of teaching experience and has experience in teaching Consumer Behaviour and Introduction to Management.
