The President, appointed by the Board of Governors and approved by the Permanent Secretary of the Education Bureau of the HKSAR, is the principal academic and administrative officer of Hang Seng Management College. The President is responsible for the strategic development and overall management of the College, and will lead the College to scale new heights and pursue the road map of excellence to become a leading private university.
