The Public Relations Office (PRO) is a multi-channel communication centre which provides media events and hospitality services that help promote, enhance and safeguard the reputation of the Hang Seng Management College (HSMC). The Office operates as a two-way conduit between the College and the public. It keeps the public informed of new policies and developments at the College to enhance its corporate image and transparency. Committed to media relationship building, the Office seeks to provide the public with more educational information on the College by engaging and collaborating with various media.
- Formulating and implementing the College’s communication strategies;
- Strengthening relations with media;
- Acting as a bridge between the College and external institutions;
- Promoting the College’s core value, aspiration, vision and mission to the public;
- Fostering public awareness of the College brand though publicizing the activities and achievements of students and staff;
- Crisis prevention and management.
- Events Management – Enhancing the College image through organizing different kinds of promotional events
- Media Relation – Maintaining a good relationship with media and promote news and achievements of the College through media
- Hospitality and Community-relations - Handling enquiries from visitors and media and holding reception for external institutions
- College Publication – Producing editorial publication and managing the multimedia channel
