Prof. LEE Siu Nam, Paul
Dean, Faculty of Social Science, CUHK
Prof. Lee is the Dean of Faculty of Social Science and Professor of the Department of Journalism and Communication at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He obtained his PhD at the University of Michigan. His major research interests are international communication, telecommunications policy, development communication and media criticism, etc. Prof. Lee has written numerous journal articles including Journal of Communication, Media, Culture & Society, Telematics and Informatics, and Asian Journal of Communication.He has also authored and edited fourteen books and numerous book chapters. |

Mr. CHAN Cho Biu
Executive Director, Hong Kong Economic Times Holdings Ltd.
Mr. Chan joined HKET in 1988. He is now responsible for the editorial development of HKET. He pushed for launching numerous weeklies tied in and diversifying the content of HKET for expanding its readership base. He was the former Chairman of the Hong Kong News Executives’ Association in 2001 and 2002. He was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star by HKSAR in 2007. |

Mr. CHAN Ka Yiu, Garmen
Executive Director, Communications and Marketing, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority
Mr. Chan joined the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority in August 2010. He was formerly the Senior Vice President, External Affairs for the i-CABLE Communications Ltd, where he has worked for 15 years. He has played a key role in helping drive i-CABLE’s business forward through effective communications strategies and acting as the company spokesperson. His experience includes years of liaison with Government bodies, the Legislative Council and the media. He has worked for nearly 35 years in journalism, communications and public affairs.

Ms. CHAN Suk Mei, May
Director (News and Public Affairs), Hong Kong Commercial Broadcasting Company Limited
Ms. Chan is currently the Director (News and Public Affairs) of the Hong Kong Commercial Broadcasting Company Limited (Commercial Radio). After graduating from the Hong Kong Baptist University in 1977, she joined Commercial Radio as a reporter. In 1988, she joined the News Division of TVB and one year later returned to the Commercial Radio as the Director (News and Public Affairs) up till now. She is currently the host of two current affairs programs of Commercial Radio 1, namely “Saturday Forum” and “Beautiful Sunday”. |

Mr. CHIU Ying Chun, Ronald
Executive Director, i-CABLE News Limited
Mr. Chiu was appointed Assistant News Controller in June 1993 and was instrumental in the launch of the first 24-hour Cantonese language News Channel in the world. Mr. Chiu was promoted to News Controller in 1994 and appointed as Vice President, News & Sports in 2002. He is currently the Executive Director of i-CABLE News Limited. Prior to joining The Hong Kong Cable Television (CATV), Mr. Chiu had held various senior positions in the television news industry. His experience spans from reporting, editing, news anchoring, to planning and execution of news coverage as well as management of news operation. |
